Derrick was a bit leery when I served him some, but went back for seconds and thirds!
To make this, simply toast the baguette slices (24 of them) in the broiler until slightly golden on top. Mash up 1 avacado and sprinkle with sea salt and a squirt of lemon juice. Spread on the tops of the baguettes. It probably sounds so plain, but it is delicious!
