Corn Husk Dolls & Turkey Apples

This was a fun little craft to make with the kids, and the perfect time of year to do so!
We made a whole family of corn husk dolls. I didn't realize how simple they were to make until I saw this tutorial from Muffin Tin Mom. We soaked the husks (a bag for $1 from the grocery store) and got started! The big dolls were made with 10 husks, and the smaller ones were 5 husks.
Then they got busy coloring them with permanent markers. Kaylee has been making her dolls talk to eachother all afternoon.

Here is a fun and easy lunch idea. My kids LOVED them!

Happy Harvest!
