Fruit Rainbow and Mini Pots of Gold

Looking for the link party? Click here.

It's March 1st, as crazy as that is to believe. The month of GREEN.
So I thought I would quickly share two past projects that were a lot of fun!

This fruit rainbow is super easy to put together. We've made one on St. Patrick's Day for the past two years! It is the perfect, healthy, snack! Aaron helped me put it together and it was enjoyed by his preschool class.

We also held a St. Patrick's Day Party at our house one year for Aaron and his friends. We served lunch, made crafts, and went on a hunt for a pot of gold. We found the pot of gold and each child was able to take a mini pot home with them. I ordered the pots from Oriental Trading for a few bucks and filled them with Rolos and Chocolate Coins. They were a hit!
