When Derrick and I were first married, we spent a lot of time down in Florida. He was going to a school for the Coast Guard and I would fly down and visit him every few weeks when I had time off of work. He was in Tampa which was in close proximity to many places! We spent time on the beach, and a lot of time near Orlando. Pirate Dinner Shows, Medieval Dinner Shows, Theme Parks, Amusement Parks, it was a one-stop state for entertainment and relaxation. We really enjoyed our time there.
Summers in Florida are a great time to visit. And there is SO much to do and see. Besides the entertainment and parks you have the sea life as well. Dolphins, manatees, a tropical feel right here without leaving the United States!
